Every client begins with a consultation with one of our skin experts. From there, we create a bespoke treatment plan tailored to your unique concerns—whether you're maintaining healthy skin or addressing more specific conditions. Your personalised plan includes:

Consultation
A detailed skin and wellness report will be carried out by one of our specialists. Video call would be ideal, over the phone consultations available if necessary.

Prescription
A clickable bespoke prescription link will be sent to you via your preference. E.g Email, WhatsApp or SMS. You can click on this at any point to order and re order products. This is your own personal online shop tailored to you. Products can be removed or added if needed by one of our specialists depending on the wants and needs of you and your skin.

On going support
Ongoing expert recommendations. As your skin changes with age, hormones, life style habits, seasons, diet, so will your skin care. Feel free to reach out to our experts and support team who can assist with your skin care, what is recommended, how to use and any questions you have.

Do I need a consultation before purchasing products?Yes. To ensure safety and effectiveness, all medical-grade products are prescribed following a consultation with one of our skin specialists. This allows us to tailor your plan to your skin type, lifestyle, and wellness goals. Once your consultation has been performed, you will receive a personalised link so you can shop tailored to you that you can re click on at any point. If any products in the shop needs changing, you can re book in and speak with one of our specialists.

How do Consultations work and how long are they?Consultations are done online via a secure video platform or detailed digital form. You’ll speak with an experienced skin specialist who will assess your concerns, review your skin and health history, and create a personalised home care plan. Consultation time is approx 30 mins. Please ensure you are in a quiet room and in good lighting so we can assess your skin.

Can I re order products easily?Absolutely. Once your plan is created, you’ll receive a personal link with all your recommended products, which you can reorder at any time—without needing to repeat the consultation (unless your skin changes, your specialist has required you too or you are booking a follow up).

Do you offer on going support?Yes. We believe skincare is a journey, not a one-off purchase. You can book follow-up consultations to reassess your needs, and your expert can update your plan regularly to ensure continued progress.

Are the blood and hormonal tests done from home?Yes. We offer at-home test kits for a range of wellness markers including hormone balance, vitamin levels, and other key health indicators. These are processed by certified labs, and results are reviewed with you by our specialists to refine your treatment plan. We work along side Hertility and Medik8 to to provide your blood test results.

What is the difference between buying with you online then in stores?Unlike retail products, medical-grade skincare is formulated with higher concentrations of active ingredients—but they must be used correctly. In most of our products, we offer prescription-level care, professional oversight, and ongoing expert support, which typical online or shop-bought options simply can’t provide. We also take away the process of you being over whelmed by everything that is out there on the market. We look at your skin from the inside out and give professional advice on what you and your skin needs to ensure results.
